Resistance Band Loops are versatile tools for pull-up assistance, muscle-up training, strength work, stretching, and mobility exercises. Five resistance levels—from 10-35lbs to 60-150lbs—accommodate progressive training and allow you to layer bands for increased support as you build strength.
Each band features color-coded labeling and varies in width, making it easy to identify your resistance level. Use a single band for foundational work, or combine two for intermediate challenges and drop-set training. The compact 41" loop design stores easily and travels well.
